I have contributed to large hotel development in Mauritius.  I contributed and took part in the Eden Island Development, the Arorore Development  The SA Developers, the Water front projects.  and the Phase lll Development. It was me who pressed President FA Rene that we build ille aux Soleil.  I have followed evets and issues. With the Reef Hotel I contributed that PM Jugnuth son in law purchase that hotel. Knew that they would have to redevelop. The plan publish for the three reclaim areas is not clear enough for comment.  The important comment of the Fishing issues from a scientific prospective - the inhabitants ought to press that they bargain if they do get the reclamation,  they need to put in place a Fish Farm project for the pelagic species  and done very professionally.  PM Jugnuth had wanted to build a dynamic town in Mauritius there exist two such projects,   you the local must demand that the hotel provide adequate facilities for the local to be integrated whatever the cost, business infrastructures.  I have been involved in/on other hotel development on Mahe, Praslin and the outer Island.  East Africa, the Gulf Region.  Excuse those of you who speak only Creole get a google and do a French translation please.
