I/we had wanted to post this topic on the portal proper instead. For the past many years have emphasized the role of that SIROP program in heling the Jewish refugees from Russia and Ethiopia, former East Europe returning home - the undertakings. The very gross failures of the Seychelles TRNUC  to take onboard the issues and arguments.

For our own purpose and those  who knew,  involved in developing that SIROP program argument, those European head of State, the US included - the information and statistic available then 1986 on refuges and migrant  compare to today.  President FA Rene and Mancham were well aware of the impact, co relation of that SIROP program  on the politic of the thousands of former East European who decided to flee the COMECON and live in Europe and as such European politic from 1987 onwards, on account,  those like Mr Jacque Delor very aware of the SIROP impact phenomena,  subsequent Commissioners and Council officials. As such over the years those who have politely even if not published, subsidiarity workings, mechanism,  maintained the topic in mind when formulating the EU refugees /migrant debates, legislations compared to the British and Britain politicians.

Tonight as that SIROP portal is hosted but Wix.com , the US, the UN and the EU,  the need to remind them just as there have been great historic moments in the European refugee history that SIROP program,  in the current Ukraine refugees politic and particular the Gaza US and British , EU Approach. Like the Seychelles concept we got very badly stitched,  ripped off and abused and the same of the Palestinians and the Gaza. That SIROP program serve as reminder and proof of the terrible benchmark and standard which prevail in world  politic and management. To the extend in Seychelles the current government stand on that program and the Seychelles exiles fate.
