May we/I ask you and your institution by what rights and standard - do you/can you judge the capacity of a nation to contribute to global affairs. What we have written about those 21,000 exile/refugee form Seychelles beside the SPPF/government of Seychelles and the Local Opposition - we put together that SIROP program.

Because we are a small nation, lack the appropriate resource to mange that program it was hijacked when those form the USA<Britain and EU found it was workable. What they stood to gain. They had been adamant to change Seychelles by military force.

Just as France, Britain, the USA and Russia can develop sophisticated mechanism and management mechanism to change a given nation economic , political and social system - we had studied this and applied in the case of that SIROP program - We had linked and contributed to managing the link issues, the changes in the COMECON, in the USSR, China, OAU, Latin America, Asia and the gulf Region.

This include Ukraine.

There are those in Russia, EU, the USA who know if the issues of those former USSR countries Independence - how they used certain linking mechanism beside their own resource and capabilities - then they take all the credit with the highly corrupted media.

We have been instrumental and contributed to a number very complex Ukraine process - In  Britain/London next to the Libyan embassy in the British Ukrainian society /association - Professor, Dr,  Dentist Souyave have his Office and the church of St Paul the Seychelles community have been praying and attending form the past 30 years.

In Europe - Germany there those University who understand and develop the discipline study of the various mechanism used/applied in the COMECON, USSR, China, Latin America changing process.

It is important to read - the views of the many who compare the situation to Libya and others places including Iraq.

The crucial issues to ask everybody when those that is deemed corrupted and what have you,  been removed and a new Team put in power - the country needs is required to grasp the full complexities of running a highly competitive government, country and what it takes and will take - they will have to be compel to go down the same road. Safe in instance the previous president and government they have removed had been elected - what will happen to them.

We have just been listening to former PM Yulia Tymoshenko underlining what we have written and addressed above. Right at the outset of Ukraine independence and Privatization we had been involved and contributed to this process. Particularly the government of President Yushchenko.  A great deal went very wrong and events of 2008 in the West and the USA.

Given what we knew distance our working support for him - beside those who know EU had enough economic headache and those who know/knew he was being use to bring Ukraine into the EU Fold - many in the EU who work and manage such important issues did not agree.

We have addressed certain issues involved in high politic of the world - the mechanism/discipline those behind the coming to power of Yulia Tymoshenko  were using - had this method been applied in Libya and Iraq what the West would have said - the excess use and abuse of that " infernal satanic rage/mechanism in her media and surrounding, these are not values and benchmark of Europe may be Britain. If she found her demise it is because of what we stressed in public those who took note.

The High Institutions of EU then to forget very fast or have short memory  - already the Western media those of  Britain what they are saying.  She is back using the same old manipulative technique - wast everybody time, energy and resources.

We have also been listening closely to Ukraine Economic situation - the need to say the logic of accepting the Russian package as against EU.

Ukraine have only one option - default and go to the IMF/world Bank  and they will set stringent benchmark. There will be very deep cuts and they will have to pay for their gas at market price.

Any idea or talk of absorbing Ukraine in the EU as special case given the situation will be total lunacy. They will have to go through the pain of learning how to govern their country until they are ready and future events.

Note - we are going to add a comment from the FT, particularly the last part - when you get the leading British News paper publishing such article it mist be taken seriously - those hell bent on bring Russia into the EU fold and NATO command. It is utter madness and lunacy - We know the British people view of the EU and they want out of EU - yet they are hell bent upon doing everything that Russian is forced to its knees and brought into the EU and NATO - what kind of demented argument/logic is this.

Dear SFP Founder - Mr Christopher Gill, had we been in that Sechelles Seychelles 40 years ago and you had been a Minister or the such to address the issues to you one would have required an appointment if granted, today we have such possibility with the Facebook platform and the many friends, public and rest of the world police and other officials watching and monitoring  and onlooking.

I addressed the massive efforts I made in summer 2013 to get the UNHCR, relevant EU Refugee and exile organization and the French embassy in Seychelles to get me /my person resettle under the due UNHCR protocol. the Results and those who oppose this.

My question to you  and e everybody in Seychelles - I have addressed President Putin more then one occasion  to help me by granting me an adequate document to go and settle in Russia, that was before the Wikileak issues and Snowden and the Depardieu debacle.

Before we went to exile in 1976 - we took the pain to talk and address our respective talk with several Ministers, former Head of Police, Priest, families, Judiciary, doctors, leading Planters, then SPPF officials, Mr Albert Rene, Mr Jacques Hodoul - all those who judge we may to have been seeing clearly or under pressure - events which followed.

We have noted when the slightest incident happen with the person of Mr Ralph Volcer how you all go to his help - the need to be very blunt a times - what we have done for this nation and the world yet the attitude of everybody.

We have Seychellois/members of our community who have gone to settle/live in former East Europe.  We are not cowards/were not, those who could have mounted a military operation, we preferred to go away - there are those who have live and work this life  and the good reason across the ages so they understand and have knowledge when it is ask of them. Had we stayed in Seychelles - that Seychelles would have turned out differently, because what we knew, involved and high time we utter,  represented - the same should we have to migrate to Russia.

To this end/conclusion it is not just in Seychelles we have challenges in convincing others - across Europe and former East Europe,Russia equally difficult - yet when we take action and personal initiative - influence events and issues importantly - the corrupted system, benchmark ready to just in and explain they were responsible and contributed and took the decision.

Ukraine Parliament approves pro-EU Yatsenyuk as premier

Kiev: Ukraine's parliament on Thursday approved the nomination of pro-EU Arseniy Yatsenyuk as the crisis-hit country's new prime minister until presidential polls are held in May.

Ukraine crisis: President Turchynov warns against 'military aggression' in Crimea

Russia sent fighter jets to patrol the border with Ukraine today, as the interim president warned any movements of its troops from their Crimea naval base will be considered an act of "military aggression".

Meanwhile, a Russian news organisation said the country was providing shelter for ousted president Viktor Yanukovych in a Kremlin sanatorium just outside of Moscow.

Ukrainian interim President Olexander Turchynov condemned the takeover of government and parliament buildings in Crimea as a "crime against the government of Ukraine" following a seizure by pro-Russian activists in the early hours of this morning.

He warned the military will use "all methods necessary" to protect citizens shortly before the Ukrainian parliament approved the formation of a national coalition government.

He said: "Unidentified people with automatic weapons, explosives and grenades have taken over the governmental buildings and the Parliament building in the autonomous region of Crimea.

Russian military forces are blockading an airport in the Black Sea port of Sevastopol in Crimea, an act Ukraine's new interior minister has announced branded an 'armed invasion.'

As events in the Crimea region heighten tensions with neighboring Russia, this morning armed men also took over the other main Crimean airport, Simferopol, according to a Facebook post by Mr Avakov.

The Russian foreign ministry refused to comment while a spokesman for the Russian defense ministry was not available for comment.

Ukraine crisis live: Russia admits its troops are moving in Crimea

Journalists in Crimea have spotted a convoy of nine Russian armored personnel carriers and a truck on a road between the port city of Sevastopol and the regional capital, Sinferopol.

The Russian tricolor flags were painted on the vehicles, which were parked on the side of the road near the town of Bakhchisarai, apparently because one of them had mechanical problems.

Russia is supposed to notify Ukraine of any troop movements outside the naval base it maintains in Sevastopol under a lease agreement with Ukraine.

As it met for the first time on Saturday in an air of crisis, the new government also faced questions of credibility, legitimacy and inclusiveness arising from the way in which it came to power.

“You have a revolution, with unelected guys seizing power,” said Andrew Wilson, a Ukraine expert at the European Council on Foreign Relations.

“The people on the Maidan might be right, they might be martyrs, and they have good arguments, but no one elected them,” he said. “You need to get real politics and competition and more legitimacy. Of course, the counterargument is just concentrate on economy. But the credibility question is tearing the country apart and the transfer of power cut a lot of corners constitutionally.”

Comment: At last we are getting a bit/some of the many debate, social platforms, network addressed, discussed debate about events in USSR and the COMECON  during the changes and after.  Unfortunately - the science in place to program , control and manipulate the minds of those humans and civilization in the West, the manner and methods they use and are using - only a very small percentage will understand and grasp what is really happening until it is very late

In the Sechelles - Seychelles for the past 15 years we have had a Community of Ukraine, they have know of the issue and SIROP program, just as the Ukraine community in Hounslow and London know of the  Seychelles community and that SIROP program and as an ethnic community and those with EU, British passport how they work and their representation of our French and European ancestral workings.

In the Seychelles proper, the Seychelles four Oppositions parties have know of the existence of the Ukraine community, their attitude - the many issues we have been addressing the past 20 years, what amount to dishonesty prevailing then on the Blogs the terrible comments. It is a shame that such people/individuals have been given the possibilities to express their view on Blogs and public - those who cannot think and refuse to think and research accept the comments they write about.  The observation of the Ukraine in the Seychelles, the manner and approach they use,  work and the outcome - our Australia, Europe, Canada/USA Seychelles community. Respective views.

Beside the issues of Lord Oxford and his sons, the Ukraine/Russian church and the British Ukrainian society - in the past it was customary that we would meet or try and meet and exchange ideas, notes - the utter arrogance which have engulf many of those former East Europe and Soviet Communities in Britain, France, Austria, Germany and Italy - they forget they alone dint liberate their country from communism.

Just as the SDA Adventist church in Seychelles do not represent a true image/reflection of Seychelles Society so too the Russian/Ukrainian SDA Church in Britain and elsewhere, do not refuse to reflect a true picture of their country and society - the reality.

Ukraine: there's no way out unless the west understands its past mistakes


Western leaders mostly paint the whole dispute as totally one-sided: it is all Russia’s fault. But the Crimea crisis is directly related to the misguided steps taken after the Soviet Union’s fall

After the fall of the Soviet Union, many hoped the cold war ideology could be put behind, and that the powers could work for a more co-operative and a better world. Nato had done its job.

There were many ways in which the former members of the Soviet Union in eastern Europe could have been given security for the future. Nato chose to provide that security by moving eastward to the borders of Russia. The then president, Gorbachev, in negotiating with secretary of state, James Baker, had insisted that Nato should not move one foot east – this was an area of traditional Russian influence. President Clinton pushed to expand the Nato alliance to the very borders of Russia. There was talk of Ukraine and Georgia being included.

The move east, despite the negotiations held with Gorbachev, was provocative, unwise and a very clear signal to Russia: we are not willing to make you a co-operative partner in the management of European or world affairs; we will exercise the power available to us and you will have to put up with it.

The message was re-emphasised years later, when President Bush sought to place elements of the anti-ballistic missile system in Poland and the Czech Republic. America said this was aimed at Iran. Russia would not have believed that. The west was acting as though the cold war still persisted.

What happened a while ago in Georgia, and what is happening now in Crimea, grows directly from those early mistakes made by the west. The west has been angling over the years to draw Ukraine into Nato. It has been doing whatever it could to support a pro-European government in the Ukraine, and to oppose or to bring down a pro-Russian government.

In January, Seumas Milne described those fighting against the then government. If but a small part of what he then said was correct, the west has once again chosen some unsavoury partners and that does not augur well for the future. Milne then described the elements then fighting the government as pro-fascist, pro-nazi, anti-Jew.

The west has again been flat-footed and unprepared. There is a significant Russia minority in Ukraine; Russia would be bound to take steps to protect that minority. In addition, if Putin thought that the west was angling to get the Ukraine into Nato, he certainly would have taken steps as he has to guarantee access to the Black Sea ports in Crimea and to safeguard military establishments which could be used to threaten that access.

To protect assets in Crimea will always be a Russian objective. Western leaders and western media mostly paint the whole dispute as totally one-sided: it is all Russia’s fault, and Putin is preventing a true democracy emerging. The steps taken in the early days after the fall of the Soviet Union, the breach of what Gorbachev (I accept almost certainly mistakenly) believed to be a firm agreement that Nato would not move east, was bound to create difficulties for the future.

There will be no way out of this, unless the history and the west’s past mistakes are understood by those who are trying to grapple with the present intractable, difficult and extraordinarily dangerous problem.

There is another aspect of this which should give western powers even greater concern for the future. The US has embarked on what many regard as a foolish and dangerous policy in the western pacific: a policy of containment of China. Even Joseph Nye, a former Pentagon official, has said containment is the wrong approach to a rising China – the US policy should be one of co-operation. There have been discussions about possible strategic arrangements between China and Russia. Are the mistaken policies of the US and the unfolding drama in Ukraine going to push both Russia and China towards a strategic partnership?

Those who thought the cold war was over and hoped for a better world are being proved to be wrong. Those in charge of current policy are showing an inadequate understanding of the events unfolding before their eyes, and an inability to work co-operatively to guide the world more safely.

Comment - We have just listened AlJazzera news about NATO secretary general Announcement - particularly the part where NATO is offering its direct involvement in the Military other related institutions of Ukraine and civilian. We were around when the crucial decision to scarp NATO or not and to give it a new role as such we ought to know a very great deal more. "President Putin beside your Training as a leading former Intelligence Office - my/our request for help just as Gerard Depardieu ask for a place,  permission to stay in Russia and you/Russia gave him that permission and we have been asking for help to migrate form Britain and how this would have impacted Europe, NATO and your own Country workings and your refusal" -  What will Russia and China Reaction  be to this situation and development - there will be greater efforts to destabilize Russia and it will get out of hand - what history will write. This decision in the face of many serious debate going on in Europe by NATO is very wrong. This is not Democracy - it is not the Rule of Law.

We would like to stress/underline - we had played a leading role in the concept of setting up an ICC, the manner greater politic works and taken up by politicians shortly after the fall of USSR and the COMECON, it was designed for trying only African politicians and Head of State those/the many European who are involved and lend their Powers and position to situation like former Yugoslavia, events of the North African Spring those European Powers involved and now this situation in Ukraine. Those big Media group and the big multinationals - including NATO, UN High Officials , including EU Officials- "Our high archaic, fraternal, Illuminati, Templar, Masonic workings was/were involved in the process".
