Classical music performances attract enthusiastic audience

Students studying music, those learning to play different instruments as well as their parents and other classical music lovers were enthralled by the performances of a classical music duo – violinist Luigi Ghiani and pianist Kuniko Boniface -- during a concert on Friday evening.
The event was held in a packed Theatres des Palmes at Mont Fleuri and it was the first in a series of such concerts that the National Conservatoire of Performing Arts (NCPA) has initiated with the aim of diversifying its education programme.
The concerts are being organised in collaboration with the department of culture.
Both Mr Ghiani and Ms Boniface are instructors at the NCPA and they were willing and excited to hold this first concert.
