Please refer to the above thread part of our comment the EU large delegation visit and observation, reporting among the issues the Pirate security centre in Seychelles /Montagne Prison facilities which they part funded to accommodate the Somali pirate and the criminal/piracy of sea resource fishing issues. The big question how will the report on the efficacity of the various very important tax payers funded military Operation, Policing and Management. Those managing the issues their take on that SIROP program, knowledge, information. Benchmark. Those who argued, presented that Saddam Hussain had weapon which could destroy the word in 15 minute. Not forgetting that SIROP program almost made NATO history, redundant, defunct. Those who know have known.

We have lost a remarkable and loving husband, father, grandfather and a great American.
General Colin L. Powell, former U.S. Secretary of State and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, passed away this morning due to complications from Covid 19. He was fully vaccinated. We want to thank the medical staff at Walter Reed National Medical Center for their caring treatment. We have lost a remarkable and loving husband, father, grandfather and a great American.

We wish to repeat our self. In Old Seychelles the Esplanade today the Library, the Bois de Table tree, I helped/contributed President FA Rene to build all those alive then knowledge safe those today who come from Jupiter and Saturn or Pluto, Mars. Further up by the old Shell petrol Station and the government Printer, the new Bank building, there used to be two dates trees and we as Adventist children would walk from the SDA BelEau school for the school meal, past the back gate of then government House, the Rasool House and after school at time go and pick fallen dates. Over the years of President FA Rene government, Michel and Faure government have pleaded that they plant a couple of dates trees in Seychelles and everybody ignore it. I have written to the Emir a few times imploring him not to give me cash instead to plant dates palm tree in Seychelles.
Over the past 35 years not jut the SIROP program, the number of time I have impute and contributed to government financial and money issues is very important - given that Mr Noelin Didon was Head of the government Financial Task force. What about Mr Ricci, the setting up of Seychelles offshore, the Central bank and Development Bank. The super mess of BCCI, MBC, Barclays near exiting Seychelles and they staying what that was all about. . One is not suppose and meant to publish those information, rather the means did not exist then.
It is very very unfortunates that the battle I had with President FA Rene and Gros Ida a lady who had grown under the roof of my grand parents and that Rs 120 million property for sale to house that IOIMF Reef Estate and her strange death. The person of Mr Mukesh Valabjhi, his wife lawyer, the former Minister and Department assistant, the very senior army officer and other having to go through this very terrible mega mess.
