As children the family of Mrs Sara Rene, her Father we had befriended and use to take time to give my person good advice. He was the head of the Bahai church in then Seychelles. After the Children Service would walk down the old Bel Air Rd, the Rasool , the Bronz, the old Mc Gaw, Chetty,  past the Old Cemetery and the Church.  Much later those of us growing up and taking due responsibilities. He was also a good acquaintance of Judge Stiven. The three above mentioned Families represented to us as children aspects of Illuminati, Fraternal workings and we took those issues very seriously.  They became role model for us.

We had requested, explained in our correspondence because of our situation deplorable in Britain - respective, due reply correspondence to be address to Lawyer Pardiwalla, Towmey Lablach, the TRNUC office or the Attorney General Office.

The Court/Judiciary have set the celling of RS 8000.00 PM to be eligible for legal Aid support. To be noted A large number of those individual that SIROP plain represent Seychellois dead in exile, their children decedents. There are very many Seychellois living in exile on Pension and with very modest means and in Europe the Legal Aid procedure that they have to present to gain/access Legal Aid. Given the enormity of the Plaint it would have been proper for the government and Justice to agree to appoint a firm of Lawyers to represent them. Beside in the set out of Plaint, the demand for redress and compensation and thereby upon the TRNUC having ordered the government and Justice have the means to recoup due money disbursed for the Legal Aid for that SIROP Plaint.

This morning took the due time to listen to the live debate in the National Assembly on the Budget allocation for the Justice 2022. Of particular interests the part for Legal Aid. Practice and regulations. After the debate called the Registrar Office in Seychelles could not get anybody , then called the Attorney General office the Security informed me they were closed to call tomorrow.
