Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Second world war. You as a person and politician need to find out what really with that SIROP program from Austria and Europe side from 1986/87 onward. That Program helped save mankind from a Nuclear war , destruction, it contributed to the Fall of the Berlin wall and Germany reunification  aspects of the mega change in the soviet Union. It contributed to a very different Europe enlargement as then envisaged 1986/87. It has helped save Europe economy twice and the mega recession and economic situation could causes and lend to a third War,  the need to understand and explain what really happened and build upon it -  we have been addressing those issue for the past 30 years every year. In Seychelles they finally have a Truth commission - The Russian admit know what happened but the west countries among
them Austria each President and PM reinventing and telling their citizens a different story for their own sake or their politic. You cannot use lies to build peace. Because of the Corona virus we have not been  able to come to Vienna - the concept of NEOM linked to that SIROP program,  it is not about flying cars and crazy buildings and places and modern stuff,  it represent a very different thinking much of the failed past 40 years ideas and vision . You, the Russian the East Europe nations need to embrace this NEOM,  for Europe and Austria, give mankind another chance. That SIROP program played a very important role in President F Mitterrand decision to build the Grand Arch at La Defence - what the media have written as history.
