In this week’s Big Interview, we speak to Robert Grandcourt, retired economist and ex-Principal Secretary of Economic Planning and Development with the Seychelles government from 1975 – 1983 and international civil servant working with the African Development Bank and UNICEF on COVID-19 and challenges the country is facing. Mr Grandcourt is also an author, having launched his first novel ‘Beyond the Horizon’ at the Mayor’s Office in Victoria in January 2017.
