President Kenneth Kaunda special relation with Britain, Seychelles, the creation of the Elders stateman of Africa,  his passing away on the eve of the first LDS government flag/Constitution Day ceremony how Seychelles changed from a One party system to multiparty that SIROP program. The LDS government officials refusal to come before the Truth Commission and say explain what they knew about that SIROP program from when President Wankalawan was first in Opposition the third republic. The past three SPPF government and that SIROP program. They Seychelles  republic they have come to inherit to govern, their dominance in the National Assembly.

The Seychelles Truth commission have lost yet another leading Africa statement who knew, the conception and working of that SIROP program, the impacts on Africa, Zambia  and changes it brought along. His important role as Witness, corroborating what really took place compared to what the British media and other have publish. The UN Institutions. He was one of those leading African stateman at the 1991 Commonwealth summit what were discussed and the agenda and the Lady Thatcher government.
