In spite of this being the French speaking Community page, remembering, referring to the original objective and purpose of the portal project, the rebuilding process with NOF 15 to address, mention very briefly these three very important, impacting historic topics.

In our case the loss of Hermitage house and all its contents a certainty,   plus the loss of our Family head. This scenario repeating itself throughout 2021 - safe it took a very different dimension,  the evolution of the Virus fears and protection, safety.  The economic situation, consequences in France, Europe, Rest of the world, Seychelles and Mauritius in particular. The important lose of lives and continuing associated health situation and illness,  despairs do we have the capacity resolve to cope, battle on.

Throughout the year,  the pandemic affected such to the health impact impossible to function normally,  to undertake any portal work Until Autumn 2021. We have not been able to utilize the collaboration platform for conference etc.,  

That portal project original conception is,  was about Refuges, Cur communities spread across Europe. Other Refugees and exiles communities we had networked, interacted and associated with from 2000 when the historic Refugees projects began to surface. The Ukraine refuges Britain and elsewhere. Many other refugee and ethnic communities in Britain and Europe, the new laws and empowering them their Rights.  The very important overall topic of that SIROP program in the first place and the very Russian, Balkan and east Europe component.  At the beginning of our page raise the importance, stress relevancy of such Community project.  This portal have had to prove its worth, capacity,  abilities the past 3 years in the face of all the terrible circumstance, undermining, destroying all the past very positive work, endeavours, toil and still prove its worthiness and capacity,  usefulness.  Including major,  the economic challenges, dynamic changes.
