That program made contributed  to the Privatisation of former USSR and the Ukraine. We beg President Putin do not commit same idiocy and folly as others have done - listen,  help us address the ICJ or the ICC properly and then watch the consequences of  Europe and West politic. You refuse,  either Europe is engulf in a major war and their will be more death and destruction, sufferings , the political and media lies, distortions and utter corrupted benchmark. Very important  the many past EU Commissioner, council of Europe, Pan Europe and Parliament that SIROP program have interacted and impacted and influenced their politics and course of actions and decision/ To build this Europe which exist today and position towards the former USSR,  East Europe and Russia today.
