That SIROP program phenomena , then South African and those who were aware and knew.    The AU was announced in the Sirte Declaration in Sirte, Libya, on 9 September 1999, calling for the establishment of the African Union. The bloc was founded on 26 May 2001 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and launched on 9 July 2002 in Durban, South Africa.[7]

Since the war there is not a bit of issues, place nd politic those are not trying to link Ukraine to work and maintain their agenda. Hence the articles we have address about the Saudi/China/African Union Peace initiatives. The media can be utter scoundrels in their views. Specially those in London coverup about that SIROP program. The media have got their own agenda too. The madness ongoing in Seychelles with the current government and that SIROP program - is political criminality and those lawyers in the government involved and advising the government.

Those advocating for the BRICS to remind them the forces who worked with that program and the important role of the NGO and developing NGO in Africa and Russia and East Europe. How the NGO perceive the development and their views. When the BDICS did not exist  the important work and role of the NGO in presenting alternative economic, democratic, social justices, humane  aspects of society and the world working,  necessity. Your Crypto/Block chain technology is more aligned with the NGO work and values, ethics.

Sir James Mancham issues and Rev Moon creation of the WANGO  what the objectives was and had he/they been alive what the agenda would be and the media writeup. On BRICS and Crypto they would have created heir own coin and token system./Exchanges. Advocacy. The BRICS will have to help redefine the role of NGO in their new world order.
