The SIROP program 1986/87 proposal/concept for President to rebuild the Ruins of then Cold War Communist Venn's Mission Lodge/also known as Capucins. ( the fake story it was called Capucins because of the Order of Capucins involved in the site and historic events/work. The publication the name was because of the many Capucins trees in the surroundings its importance.)

President FA Rene never got to do much about the historic site, the Reclamations projects was a handful,   the challenges it would become  white elephant,  it was too grandiose. In fact the project/smart Ton he never started.  it was President Michel government who followed through and saw that it became a UNESCO heritage site in 2013. Include other historical sites nd the mechanism that was in place from our exile  workings, to drive and contribute that the government adopt the process.

Why are we coming so late with  this topic in public. in spit the very significant contributions and input of the church, individuals and interfaith that SIROP program never started nth changes not just Seychelles , the region,  Africa, USSR. East Europe, Latin America never take place and yet the politicians,  great expert have all forgotten.

Along with our siblings we have come to inherit a very  small heritage from our great ancestors at Capucins, the surrounding families,  the Cayol, the Albert, the Nageon  and Rameau. The church , the school and the first priest  how did  Capucins get its name. The Didon have certain very important historic inter church link and man in the cloth or of the loth  so to say - France past era/Franks .

I had put an outline planning application some 7/8 years go. In mind the need to respect and preserve the ecosystem and heritage. Embellish the Tourist attraction values with appropriate facility and support the community.  I have decided to name the intended project Emmaus - Capucins. Not just the Emmaus of L'bbey Pierre I have had the opportunity to interact for many years and their  NGO business model. There exist other places in Israel name Emmaus before the Roman era, before Jesus era.

In Seychelles we now have  Gaza at Montagne posee region link with that SIROP debacles/TRNUC,  now Emmaus - Capucins.
