NEOM City leveraging regional capacity - President D Faure State of the Nation address 6/3/18

Today President D Faure of Seychelles addressed the Nation form the National Assembly the English version we will add here. The number of time we have stated how Saudi Arabia supported our then Cold War exile/Refugee working issue leading to that SIROP program - having indicated it would help fund some of the project - it funded the initial East /Coast reclamation then President FA Rene government and provided some other loans.
From our part the topic of getting the UN or EU to report on that SIROP program workings and impacting topics this including the economy, development , of Saudi Arabia and the Region and the Gulf National Politic organ other Gulf National economy particularly in the field of Sovereign Funds and Market.
The Arab nations they have their Benchmark of Bilateral workings and economic corporation the relation with the Seychelles and the region workings for the past 42 years. Some of these issue have been very complex and important - the changes in society functioning.
We have constantly addressed Seychelles government its politicians that given this unique relation the need to develop the due workings resources of that SIROP program in the Indian ocean - in Seychelles and some of the proposition we have put forward in writing - it must be of such monstrous challenge to the government that along the line of the Gulf Nation politic and government to date that SIROP program do not have an office of its own and staff. We have other parties representing our interests.
Having trusted/hoped that the Truth and Reconciliation Commission would have shed adequate light on the nature of that program and in turn demand due.adequate compensation for Seychelles government. The money use it for setting up a proper Office and staff. In Saudi Arabia the example set by Prince Salmond and those very affluent and powerful person detained, many had a deep and god knowledge of that SIROP program workings and the Saudi or regional and world economic functioning and the solution attained. Not so in Seychelles we read and hear how exemplary Seychelles governance is yet towards those 25,000 exile/refuge they have shown/displayed little tolerance and their Rights completely trodden upon.
The above said we stated that SIROP program imputed in the BRICS original thematic and other important regional and world economic issues this said it has equally the capacity to leverage and driven the thematic of the NEOM City - we have not taken the due time to write an acceptable thread. Fro the SIROP program prospective how we foresee this development and it working - we have some 42 years working with Seychelles government and some 30 years at European and global level - we can detect what compel a given party to make an economic statement and the underlining issues compared to the region situation and economy President Danny Faure has presented a very dynamic Economic plan for 2018 and ambitious Finance plan. We have worked with Lady Thatcher , PM John Major, PM Blair and PM Cameron government economic issues and Seychelles economy is minute in this respect and its challenges.
The need to state the mistakes that President J A Michel made of politely said inventing political dynamic whilst creaming off the dynamic of that SIROP program - the danger of President Danny Faure making the same mistake. By contrast how those European Nations government and many big business and institutions see/view that SIROP program working in the current and past economic mathematics. We pointed in our comment this morning that this led caused the major split in the SPPF/PL and the outcome.
When that SIROP program was envisage then Communist and extreme Socialist leaders across the world view and position . we have had 27 years to see and monitor the impacts of that program - the NEOM City vision is one of grave challenge to mankind in many respect challenging human reasoning and existence and purpose which is a core whole purpose of Socialist dogma and thinking, argument. Do we see our self drawing up a battle line as some would say - meaning we at SIROP will have to develop once again an opac relation with Seychelles government in spite of the many changes at the same time the need to envision if SIROP had a proper office in Seychelles as we had presented to President D Faure. Over the past 27 years the collateral fallout of that SIROP program how Seychelles government have presented their side and the world. The need to take important note rather those managing that NEOM City to be very conscious/aware..

We address Prince Bin Salman and his Associates building that NEOM City and the Emir of UAE, his son they have wondered and question what is happening to our person - that SIROP the Seychelles part $5 billion in Seychelles those politicians very aware - for the past 15 years our protest about the corruption and abuse the different US Head of State, the UN and EU and African Union - the last incident involving the EU which caused Minister Pat Pilllay to differ with the SPPF/PL and leading to the make of the LS and subsequent merger of the political parties forming LDS - all of them combined their respective position towards that SIROP program - ( the stitch-up in the National Assembly Truth Commission and the anti Corruption Commission - the media involvement ) http://seychellesrealitytoday.blogspot.co.uk/2018/04/sr700-000-for-pl-and-lds-each-monthly.html
