We listened to the very lively debate on the Budget allocation and voting procedures by the Ministry/Minister

Does not this nation, feel the disgrace, utter shame they have a Council for just about everybody and everything and the government support them financially with Tax payers money - Yet this Nation for those 25,000 exile/refugees and those refugees who have returned they do not have a national Body recognized to represent them,

We address the UN/UNHCR, the EU, Regional Indian ocean body, the African Union, the Commonwealth and the Francophone, they contribution to Seychelles Budge working do they not think this is an utter disgrace. The USA in Particular.

The bloody lies, those 25,000 exiles refugees put that SIROP program together 1987, that Truth Commission function, that Anti corruption Commission today - it was not FA Rene or James Michel or Danny Faure or Sir James Mancham - the daily and yearly national contribution to the Seychelles economy and vast many aspects of its national, regional and international workings and yet. The income, investments, grants and international donation it helps Seychelles government to get goes towards paying other National Body/Council workings and yet, they do not have a recognized body to promote and represent their National, regional and International Interests -

Mrs Carlette Tall demand that they put in place a National Council for Exiles and Refugees. This is something that you ought/should rightly protest about, MNA Flory Larue - Mr Terry Sandapin -Please.
