At the time their so to say unique knowledge, expertise and connections,  how they use the information to leverage their Investment and Financial management  and whilst it worked and very many highly powerful individuals benefited, powerful politicians  and participated.  He was made to take the Fall and the Trial, media circus, coverup and end results. Sir James Mancham and President FA Rene, Mr Robert Frichot in Australia, Mr Edmond Camille, Mr Rasool and the current Minister Radegonde then High Commissioner, the Mitterrand and the Andreotti and others knowledge. Those from the USA who judge they had a better system in place than BCCI and that SIROP program. In Mauritius then government of the Day knowledge and in south African President Nelson Mandla knowledge and others.

Let it serve as lesson for the current politic of the Conservative government those massively abusing and using that SIROP program for their ends and then complete blockage that we get legal assistance, resources to address that Seychelles Truth commission or the ICC or the ICJ or the European court of Justice.
