For the past two days we have been playing the witness statement of the Oliajhi family before the Truth Commission, to note their Business premise face the Seychelles supreme court and that rebuilding of their premise, that SIROP important role/contribution - - We thank and praise her as a woman for her courage, sacrifices and commitments and braveness - for a highly educated, among the elite of our then educated woman in Seychelles for the sake of Business omitted to address the commission certain very pertinent issues - Indeed many who have been addressing the Truth commission failed or refusal and they know very well what we are talking about.
There are those who have/had travelled and could differentiate between the French colonial administrative system, your Masonic/Illuminati, Police/Military and political Machine. In Seychelles the British Colonial machine before our independence and after. The Conservative/DP elite who judge or accepted this was the best mechanism to control those they wanted to control - the Seychelles exile/refuges have lived for over 15 years in Britain and those who did not return, the British media, TV and political and police benchmark. It can be bloody evil and how they explain this. The many Terrible incidents, particularly affecting the ethnic communities or their individuals. Yet before the Truth Commission they dared not, did not mention one word about it. The Truth, Reconciliation and National Unity Commission (TRNUC) yesterday resumed its hearing sessions related to cases of alleged human rights violations committed during the 1977 coup and the ensuing years in which Seychelles was a one-party state.

The Council expresses its appreciation of the statement released by the TRNUC commission on 6th January 2020.
Council Statement:
It commends the earnest effort to explain the nature of its proceedings and its restricted focus, guided solely by the Act under which it operates.
It is reassured that the commissioners are monitoring the wider impact of the broadcast of its proceedings, and the type of conversations it fuels.
The commission has reiterated its position that it must establish the wider context in which actions occurred [or failed to occur], for it to determine the scope of complicity in human rights abuse cases under consideration. But at the same time it states that it's enabling law limits that context to the coup d’état of 1977.
Council is disturbed by the pivotal role of this seemingly un-constitutional Act, to limit the potential successful reconciliation of our people. It is an Act which was hurriedly drafted and assented by two (supposedly opposing) political leaders, neither of whom were ever directly elected into office by a majority of our people.
The Seychelles situation is different from other places where similar processes have taken place (WWII, South Africa, Rwanda). The Seychelles context is not one of severe national rehabilitation (i.e. due to war, sanctions, or total civic failure) .
The Seychelles Truth and Reconciliation process is occurring in a functioning state, with stable democratic pillars, maturing institutions and a performing economy. It is occurring in a State which has had international recognition, accreditation and sanction-free foreign relations in all of the 44 years of its republic sovereignty.
The commission must be mindful of this unusual wider context in which it is operating, to ensure it does not itself become a wrecking ball used in an agenda of demolishing all our progress.
It must, in no event, facilitate a regression to the era of plantation justice dynamics (where the standard of evidence was as low, the burden of proof as vague, and the judicial powers as unlimited - as the TRNUC Act has equipped the commission with).
Council prays Gods guidance upon the TRNUC commissioners to steer our people to reconciliation and healing, and away from another form of polarised exploitation - caused by a blinkered context and a ceremonial washing of hands.

Comment - Beside the issues of my daughter, Mr Antoine Lau Tee said he worked for the force from 1977 to 15 may, 1981 the mass sacking of the Senior Police officers, when he migrated to Canada with his family. Nobody mention that it was the failed three attempt to change Seychelles by force, that caused this mass sacking - we were compelled to seek political asylum in Britain in May/June about the same time of the mass sacking of the police, then Home Office Officials and then BRC officials helping with our case, the UNHCR and Amnesty International. We later go to meet some of those former senior Police officers in London in 1986/87 their support for that SIROP program with everybody covering up in Seychelles. Mr Clay Delpech was the Head of Traffic police in Seychelles, he personally did my driving Test and then Seychelles government say I never had a Driving licence and passed the Test in /Seychelles or have International Licence. However the officials of the SNM/MPR held the view that he was a Senior police consultant with Seychelles police - because he said after that 1981, he never worked for Seychelles Police Force or got remunerated.
We left Seychelles in August 1976 for exile in Austria with my new family and son. ( Mr Maxim Delpech had been the Mahe East Region Agriculture Officer , his friendship with Judge E J stiven, the frequency we use to visit his Office and discuss and talk about the Farm, workers, Trade Union, national agriculture issues beside brief Labour /political issues, prior to my decision beside Mr Maxim Delpech knew/was briefed on that Montagne Posee development, the road Planning and construction, the land acquisition of the Crown Land, the Hotel Project Licence - He knew that Judge Stiven had given me the sea Front property in writing, I discussed it with him and the contents of the then Power of attorney, police involvements, threats and intimidation and the sale of the Point Larue/Mogador property. He monitored the Estate working during the time Judge Stiven was in England, that was part of the arrangement unwritten, the chamber pots at Barclays Bank being very polite and the bloody lies that was spread /perpetrated - Mr Maxim Delpech was a frequent visitor to Reef Hotel and knew a great deal what was going on) Important part of my decision to leave Seychelles was the Trial of Guy Pool which Judge E J Stiven participated in, the Chief Justice Souyave and other Court Officials. In the Court statement it had been stated that then Mr Albert F A Rene and those Mr Antoine Lau Tee mentioned, beside then CID/ Mi5 Liaison officer, Head Mr Ashford who was senior than Mr Antoine Lau Tee what they knew, most of the Senior police officers then. Those that were being trained on the Island Ile aux Recife part of the argument those from the Prosecution, then including then Mr James Mancham seeking for Mr FA Rene imprisonment, the evidences - the Governor for fear of riot and retaliation recommended the Court otherwise. . The local fisherman knew, then police officials, Governor, AG, the political elite of the DP and Mrs Stevenson Delhomme party officials, the USAF high officials knew that these Training was going on, on Recife Island and in spite of being challenged by the police, in Court they said they went to shoot rabbits. Mr Gilbert Morgan formed part of the Party then pre independence, those individuals from East Africa their respective views on the Independence process and what was to come. The brief time Judge EJ Stiven had left the country for England and return, his Lawyer Mr Ramnijk Valabjhi these Training were going on. Judge Stiven knew Mr Marc Ah Time his political activist connection, who had been his mechanic and also knew the ex Zanzibar exile British expat Mr Eldon his friendship with Mr Marc Ah Time.
Had a successful government in exile, Group of people change Seychelles by Force their responsibility to find, investigate what really happened as such my person among others and responsibility. The important role and responsibility of that SIROP program of 1986/87, those senior officials of SNM/MPR, others, DP, Mr Andre Uzice Party, EU and world government knew part of that program was to investigated find out what happened or help put in place the due body and Commission and everybody choose to play the super clever. Those in the know. An in depth investigation of what took place was/would have been carried out among the other incidents, using all available local and international resource/expertise.

This Friday 10/01/2020 would like to address our three older cousin. The eldest passed away in Britain his family children today. In Britain the funeral of a Leading black SDA Pastor from New Bold College, the SDA Theological leading Institution. We had shared, mulled some of the theological , social problematic with that mega NEOM Thematic in 2017 with him, his live broadcast come Sabbath and the thematic of his Sermon. Those early SDA Evangelist/Pastors who remember the SIROP thematic, the Adventist church then unknown of events and development in USSR, the former COMECON, China and former Communist Nations. Those leading personalities of Europe we have listed their name and position then 1986/87. We had made/written down some future development aspects of that Program in USSR, the COMECON, Asia/China, the Arab world, Africa and Latin america. These Notes landed in Angers Loire in the old Epstine/Beloff suitcase along with the rest of the papers. Then 1986/87 events in Seychelles the next 15 years, Mauritius and region. The grave dishonesty of the UN high institutions - of that /those Truth commission, the Courts, the very UN reporting mechanism. The USA, Soviet, Britain, France, Israel Germany and other nations, south African intelligence we had shared those issues and inform, rather they had ways and means of finding out and harvesting the information. The very simple logic nobody in his her right mind write such a complex program without making forecast if they have any experience and knowledge of such workings - we had sufficient having worked on other major European, Soviet, East Europe, Africa and Latin america and Arab world thematic. This include military conflicts and the arguments why. That was 1986/87. Right across the Adventist church what was being preached and the doctrine. Other faith and denomination. Those leading Adventist in the USA Britain, Europe, and Seychelles including our relatives in Britain in particular Uncle Sam Ah Wan. The Family we had gone on to stay with in Britain seeking exile 1981 and Mr Antoine Lau Tee statement to the Truth Commission 9/10/2020 those 15 leading /senior police officers sacked by then Seychelles government our comment. The family could not understand the line of work/profession I had gone into. High Interdisciplinary Management Executive. My/our uncles and aunt lived in the same town where the famous Hampton court Palace is.

We are saddened to announce the death this afternoon of Kari Paulsen, wife of former GC President, Dr Jan Paulsen, following some weeks of poor health. The Paulsen's gave faithful service within the TED (& former Northern European West Africa Division, NEWAD) including service in West Africa, Principal of Newbold, & Division Secretary and President. That SIROP Program required that we confer/work the issues with then UNIDO/IMF/World Bank from 1986/87 to date. In Austria, its past President Dr Kurt Waldheim, Dr Kirchslager and President Fischer, its Chancellor, the Catholic church, the University, those from OPEC who impute and contributed to that program. ( We request everybody excuses for not/failing to mention the very major part Dr Otto von Hapsburg played in that Program, though never publish and his Pan European Union organisation) Importantly then Cold war 1986/87 Austria Neutrality - beside former President FA Rene, his International communist/Socialist Networks, to certain extent former President Seychelles President Sir James Mancham, the officials of the USSR, the COMECON, the USA and Europe respected, appreciated the facts that Austria played such an important role in that SIROP program -then Pope John Paul ll personal and Vatican involvements. Its impacts on the world, it contributed to Germany Reunification, the Privatisation of East Germany Economy/Industries, the Holocaust compensation. It contributed to important changes in the Arab world /gulf Region. It gave the world the WWW. Like the south African Truth commission, the Seychelles Truth commission must be informed of those issues. Including the important role of that program in helping change the apartheid government of south /Africa and the release of Mandela. The function of that program in helping the OAU become African Union. The important role of that program in leveraging EU economy and politic.
The UNHCR council have a responsibility to help explain, promote and address the issues before that Seychelles Truth commission. At least support us in doing it.
Much more important that SIROP program helped contribution for then 1986/87 possibility of avoiding a nuclear war between the USSR and the USA. The very important role and impute then of President Ronald Reagan and his Office. Over the past 30 years the relevancy.

Comment - The above issues we have added this morning and the statement from the Truth Commission reminding the public that the last date for submitting any Plaint before the Commission is 9/02/2020.
We telephone again Lawyer Pardiwalla Twomey Lablach given that we have been in correspondence with them the past 5 years on that SIROP program our personal issues having had no reply from them and their response, the email we sent to them to help drafting our Plaint was addressed to all the Lawyers and the Chamber, nobody replied. Which indicate and point in legal/justice working they are not much better than President FA Rene system One party political system. Those who are hell bent that nobody hear about that SIROP program or my personal Plaint.
What about the role of the National Assembly, the Anti corruption and the FIU responsibility, the national media

Today we joined the family and SDA Church, friends to lay to rest Uncle Sam Ah Wan at the Mortlake cemetery, where among many other dignitaries, former PM Lady /Thatcher was cremated and her husband also laid to rest. The Church service was very moving and dignified, the officials of the Church who led the service and the order of the Service. What was spoken, those who witnessed. The flowers was of very good quality and standard. The Children and grand children of our Uncles and aunts represent the future of the Seychelles community in Britain, then early days of the exile and those older Community be they from east Africa and Seychelles migrant to work in UK, today their families and children. The important role they played in supporting and opposing our politics. What get discussed in the House of Commons, the Lords about Ethnic community politic and the politicians themselves. The last time we were at the cemetery was to bury, lay to rest the husband of our cousin and his contributions to our exile politic, those who chose to forget or would like that it be forgotten. After the funeral service the gathering at the Wimbledon SDA Church. What we decided to write in the Memory Book.

Comment - We have read and known of Mrs Alexia Amesbury political interest for several years now, never once mentioning that Historic program SIROP and yet she is a lawyer qualify in Human Rights. Those who have studied and work in the field of Human Rights in Britain. Her legal training and expertise. In Britain the NCVO and the VSC - talking of Human rights the benchmark lawyer must know and be aware of how Britain system works. The politic of Britain during the cold war before joining the EU Block. In 10 days time a very great change will occur - will Mrs Alexia Amesbury be on the side of those who will suffer and made to pay for Britexit. Seychelles relation and Britain will take/go through a very testing period because of Britext and vast amount of Human Rights infringements.
We listened to Mr Noel laPorte daughter and she worked for a Legal firm, the way she has come through - completely ignoring the work of Mr Felix Hoareau in this field, the Official purpose of UKSCS and the work we undertook .
We detect a form of Racism had those work been undertaken by a black Seychelles the media and those individual who would have been writing praise because they have been the work of none black Seychelles the attitude. Those who hold the view one must no boast the important work we have undertaken to help LUNGOS then Mr Mathew Servina and the vast nation process .

23/01/2020, before going to sleep given that the Queen has assented to Britexit , I decided to watch the French film "Des Grives aux loups" spanning pre first world one and second world war. Telling our person had we not come to London and wasted 30 years helping the British /this nation build this country, had we stayed on the Continent our life and destiny. Please note the last News at SIROP program the posting about Israel and that SIROP program and the Century diamond and the Britexit announcement. We decided to extend this comment because those terrorizing my person what they will do with me once/now that Britain is out of /exiting the EU. We have worked and served this country under 5 US Presidents and four male British PM and two females, 6 Chancellors.
This is not just about Mr Cyril Lau Tee it is about most of our young Seychellois who have had to live in exile in Britain - the danger gravity of their respective program. These young individual had /wanted a Military solution to Seychelles and what military solution means/imply. It is all very well to be grateful and say thank you for having given you/us all a shelter roof and safe place and opportunity to provide food for our self and families, cloth and education.
The vast majority of those blaming FA Rene for having caused the mega shite. Our young current engage/committed national from exile need to be told/reminded of what could have been/ought to have been . They need to study in depth events/history of Rhodesia, Zanzibar, near Kenya a few other African state where Britain had ruled and Seychelles. Zanzibar is a better model because of those who had lived through the revolution and they came to live and be witness in Seychelles. All those who had wanted the Colonial system, those responsible for security of the colonies and after, the Insurance and defence arrangement they had put in place would not hold, work and any Opposition /your Opposition who would find loopholes, weakness and attack it. Use it to bring down the system and Seychelles was the same, those Colonial officials who knew, had been warned do not repeat a Zanzibar situation and they still went ahead.
Mr Cyril Lau Tee - parents must know and his Uncle those like the issue of hunting rabbits on Recife Island, those very prominent Seychellois who had been planning/putting a plan for an alternative government - Unilateral to save help avoid what was to come. They got cold feet and did not go through with the Plan. FA Rene and other had got to know, been aware too. The mess was allowed to happen and then, the many young person like Mr Cyril Lau Tee who judge something had to be done and the sacrifice their lives. That Truth Commission must be made to work in such a way that they hear and trash out those events, aspect of our History -not just say FA Rene was a nutter and nutcase, psychopath. Others had wanted an alternative solution and in governing a nation, the need for stable government system across the Board, adequate security.

Comment -To all those listening Dr Maxime Ferrari statement, then Sir James Mancham alive, "he visited the many Ministers of foreign Affairs and the then White House officials about the time Marjori Baker was killed". Our exile community, Minister David Joubert Faction, Minister Andre Uzice Faction and those from MPR/SNM Mr Robert Frichot , Mr Gabriel Hoareau. We had already initiated that SIROP program the NGO in London those from Pan African Congress knowledge, those in France, the US Embassy who knew at the time, those who saw it as an attempt by Dr Ferrari to come to Power - he had got to know about the content of that SIROP program we had already presented as the debacle and issues of the COI original research - it is, was this kind of benchmark that have led and caused several killing and fallout.

The Commonwealth Secretary General is calling on all member countries to establish a fair justice system that is an indispensable precondition for democracy.
The call came during a keynote address in Hague, Netherlands before the International Criminal Court.
Baroness Patricia Scotland' statement is of particular interest to Seychelles as a Commonwealth member state as it is currently going through the Truth, Reconciliation and National Unity process to establish the human right abuses that took place after the 5th June 1977 coup d'etat.
The distinguish lawyer and former Attorney General of the United Kingdom says that is why building strong public institutions capable of delivering sustainable, democratic development, has always been central to the work of the commonwealth.
"Our Charter expresses it clearly - international peace and the rule of law are essential tI the progress and prosperity of all".
