It is quite true that Seychelles between 1977 – 1991 neglected many of its important cultural heritage, the many efforts over the past 18 years to catch up – made good.

However it take generations and very many generations to build, natured, cultivate such culture heritages nation or a nation, its people, land may want or have.

Take the issues of the Seychelles International Classical Festivals of Music – a very many other back ground issues have not been told or presented to the nation and the world. Yet at the time, the sheer thought given the politic and social situation – those who challenged just the idea in itself as arrogant, racist, going back to some old people ways, and a whole list of very nasty Creole insults associated – we will not mention here.

The Few individuals who believed in the values of their ancestors, their cultural heritage – like all civilized nation and people who value, treasure their cultural heritage – the more they value and treasure it – the rich blessing they get back and receive. Other many developments with that simple thought. The Seychelles Music conservatory, Music schools, Choir Association – bodies and other Music Groups.

We will not write long philosophical paragraph on the developments, the science, values - very many issues associated in life – what make life with it, civilization.

This Project gave birth to very many other National cultural Projects, international support and money – after all this is what the greedy Seychellois is all about money. Money to stuff in their bank accounts.

We have written some threads on the architecture of Seychelles and its Monuments over the past 18 years – how under the 3rd Republic those of us would have en devoured to give Seychelles the lost image, the lost values in term of value monuments and buildings. In keeping with our ancestral values and traditions. Not what some groups and political lobby demand and after they are gone and a short time – the purpose and function of that building or monument futile.

An another example is the project of a Seychelles University – this was a project of the Exile – the SIROP etc Programs – those who cannot say we have raved/rage about it – we have written and addressed many times to the then President FA Rene his government and over the past two years taken on board by President JA Michel – just like they took the Indian Ocean Industrial Investment Promotion Center and turned into COI with its Secretariat in Mauritius. How the government is going about that Seychelles University as if they invented higher education, their political project - how they are institutionalizing it like Party project and the state of things – the morons of the world as Sir Bod Geldof would say they lap everything up - they know no better.

Given the Economic situation and grave uncertain in the world, the Indian Ocean, 30 millions humans just in Africa on the verge of hunger or worse. What we are about to propose.

When we thought of - discussed the idea for a Classical Festival program for Seychelles – we know and recall very well the state of the politic, the economy and other issues in Seychelles, the Communist countries, Africa – the OAU. The need to underlined – our role in catapulting the Live Aid for Ethiopia, the Live 8 and the Africa Poverty issues and Debt write off. The state of things in Africa today as President Zuma takes over Office. ( Also important to not the World Cup event and the New Stadium, the big politic, big business and the benefits the South African hope to benefit from)

Recall the Conference Center FA Rene , GMR and other came forward that Seychelles needed – again those who lampooned and scolded the idea as grandiose, arrogant etc – compare to other facilities and amenities in the region - they cast their shadow on our national conference Center. The battle and challenge to find the money and build it. The new Stadium was the same and the new Library was the same.

Meanwhile the important national benefits and regional benefits it have provided and made possible.

So far the presentation of the yearly classical Music Festivals and other associated program - have been held in various location – where sound and other related scientific technicalities to provide and give qualitative performance have been undermined because we do not have a national monument – building specially build or designed for it.

The Seychellois have a great saying “ you cannot take a handful of earth from you property or heritage with you when you are dead or gone” equally they cannot “take all you money and make a soup or stew and make you drink it or eat it before you die and gone”

The issues of national accountability – given the current debacle about how we should all get together to serve the nation, country and people. Those who have been doing this for the past 30 odd years and never getting or given the credit for it.

Across the world their judiciary, the military, political, religious values and others values – we are owed some $150 millions excluding the interest by then Seychelles government of FA Rene and associated international Conglomerate we have worked for and made very big fortunes. We have never been paid a cents – in other parts of the world those who take to the streets, other methods, start guerrilla wars to get their money, national riches, treasure , land , language, etc back or part of it. We have not done this.

We want to use the same manner and mechanism we have used to contribute to many of the national issues and international issues, to address the government of SPPF and JA Michel, bedside the Opposition parties, the NGO, the media, those many new European communities settling down in Seychelles and indeed the Indian or Chinese communities. How much would it take to construct a National Theater, volks or People Theater.

Individuals like Sir James Mancham, the very many leading personalities, institutions he belongs to and adhere to they know the importance of a national, volks or People theater be they in China, Russia, all the major EU Capitals – this is a place where the people can come and in various manner address the many national issues of the day using arts, theatrical languages and performance, costumes, literatures and such works, past events in their national history, etc.

We want to guard those who suddenly start their sleaze – SIROP have given us card blanc to start homosexual and lesbian national practice. Stop there please – take time to study life and history then comments please.

In every nation almost across the world from their village to the towns and cities they have groups, schools institutions where those with special gifts, talents and desires to learn, acquire such skills, knowledge and abilities – is Seychelles we do not have this or a semblance of it. In Mauritius, Reunion, Madagascar they have such institutions and possibilities.

Matured politic and democracy is where those involved they can come in the public and listen and take part in such volks or people theaters, plays and concerts. We will not go into the history of this practice across the world.

Tourist value a destination for its goos quality of service, life, traditions, heritage etc. Like they have values our heritage for environment, conservation and ecology – nature. The same principal ought to be applied in concepting a project for a national theater and the appropriate academic – educational requirements, media requirements etc.

Come to the money. Given our many contribution the Seychelles is going bankrupt – meanwhile many other very important and powerful world government is on the verge of failing -

Those same individual involved in massively abusing, raiding our Seychelles EU community heritage in making not $millions but billions - they ought to be presented with the project assuming Rs 50 millions. The same conglomerate we have worked and are still involved ought to be told bluntly in a year they carry out thousands of transaction using our archaic/fraternal – Christian - national heritage. The many $millions and billions they make in one transaction.

We have the capacity, the ability and power to block some of these many very large multinational transaction. It is pointless to to to go the international Court, the UN or the Seychelles or European Court – one is wasting one time. You want to use what is ours you will be requested to make a national contribution – not to a person or private bank account.

Just like we are stateing what we have – we know all the details and issues of the Germany Privatization, the Russian Privatization and the China Privatization. Who and how they have amassed their fortunes – those they have used. We are not dealing with democratic people here with greedy, ruthless individuals who hide behind democracy to make their fortunes and amass riches, then use the nation and world democratic institution to defend their greedy practice and work.

Even if we are persistently screaming and yelling on the many forums about the raw deal – we have the capacity to monitor – to defend and take care what is ours – to the extent that if we had to enter into a conflict – those involved would have to contemplated very heavy losses.

Take the rebuilding of the Rome most famous national theater and that of Paris – we played a very crucial role and contributions – we have written on this issues in the past and the construction of other such buildings. Do anybody in Seychelles or around the world belonging to our nation realize what we have said – the importance and impacts.

President FA Rene recall the building of the national Stadium, the Conference Center, the national library – those new Minister in President J A Michel government - do not have a clue what we are talking about. So the people, those who recall and those who put that International classical Festival program together will have to get together and present a proper project – hopefully given the Friendship with China - that is another lot – the important good will as a people and nation they owe us just as we owe them.

Given the current world economic situation we could have given the due directive via Seychelles those Seychellois interested to become partner in China with major companies how to save their many of the big business going to the dogs in China and why.

We can call on them to undertake the construction as part of their contributionsafter they finish the Nation Parliament building. . This is how people and nations are meant to work – exist in the world.

We call on Mr Alan St Ange and wish to also add our visit to his Face book page. We have all been called in life to do something, make this his project – if need be make it his crusade and we will support him just like we supported the concept and creation of the Seychelles international classical Festivals of Music.
