Having mentioned the ICC contributions, the France Terre D'asile of Mr Danielle Mitterrand, before becoming embroiled in that SIROP program the UKSCA issue and the many exile/refugees networks we had to work with then Solidarity in Britain and interact with, then Mrs Kathleen Pillay and husband and others. We have mentioned the Maxwell family, then London 1983 after the registration of UKSCA the developing issues, Vatican and East Europe politic. The many impute of the Maxwell family media group. the Charter 77 and those involved in Czechoslovakia and exile. In 1986/87 the next phase of Charter 77 driven, leveraged by that SIROP program. Come the return of the Seychelles exile leadership then Sir James Mancham the creation of Civic Forum in Czechoslovakia, he was very aware of many of the issues and never publish them.

Zindzi Mandela, 59, died this morning in a hospital in Johannesburg
Zindzi had been South Africa's ambassador to Denmark since 2015

Comment - Yesterday, after making the post about the Lawyers who defended Colonel Bob Denard, our comment the Person of the CJ, those female Truth Commission and the benchmark. Other ladies joined in. The terrible idea of Funding the compensation with lottery/bingo. The South African Truth Commission and vast many complex issues of that SIROP program and South Africa. The Plaint/case for compensation, reparation we had filed at the royal court of Justice for that SIROP program was £25 millions
We had yet to set a compensation and reparation had the case gone before Arbitration Tribunal in Seychelles $25 million - $50 millions
We strongly believe the motive for those refusing to hear our SIROP plaint is the compensation and damages they will have to pay. That program in 1986/87 worth $800 millions, today worth $4.5 billions.

Triste et grave nouvelle : depuis 7h45 ce matin la cathédrale est en feu au niveau du grand orgue et de l’orgue de chœur !
Les pompiers font actuellement un travail remarquable pour circonscrire l’incendie

We wrote extensively last year before that CORONA pandemic started, had those from the Truth Commission handled our Plaint with the due International benchmark the Pandemic would never have occurred started copy to the ICJ, The EU respective commissioner, the council of Europe president Tusk and many others. Copy to the President of Austrian and the Chancellor. In Vienna the university Department for High Interdisciplinary Management, the Uni office which studies abnormal , para science phenomena. In UK today the wedding of the Queen granddaughter, Prince Charles wife birthday and the Queen making a knight of the 100 year old soldier. Comment - From where we are lack the legal resource, best advice to dissect the statement this morning of the commission officials, in plain English the implication for that SIROP program. Those implying they are not mandated to hear that SIROP plaint. In the first place the SIROP plaint is about finding solution to the coup d'etat and the political mega abuse, violation and political, economic, ethnic and religious exclusion, human persecution, terror and cleansing, forced exile, catalogue of human rights abuse, sufferings, death which prevailed in Seychelles from 1977 to 1993.

Had we not gone to the EU and several governments, the UN , the ICJ, the African Union explaining the corruption, the mega abuse prevailing in Seychelles, in particular surrounding, involving that SIROP program. The methods we used and those from outside to bring pressure on the SPPF causing the divergence of political stand and opinion between some of the former Ministers and supporters, the LSD would not have come about and the Coalition - copy to the leadership and their officials - yet, what the Seychelles media and politicians have stated. Once in the Assembly had expected them to acknowledge the existence and role of that SIROP program. With the Uganda Chief Justice had be preparing to use the arbitration Court to address this issues, come to a solution. This failing we took it upon our person to seek the due legal support from across the world and the many correspondences. In particular the UNHCR and the EU.

Had we not gone to the EU and several governments, the UN , the ICJ, the African Union explaining the corruption, the mega abuse prevailing in Seychelles, in particular surrounding, involving that SIROP program. The methods we used and those from outside to bring pressure on the SPPF causing the divergence of political stand and opinion between some of the former Ministers and supporters, the LSD would not have come about and the Coalition - copy to the leadership and their officials - yet, what the Seychelles media and politicians have stated. With the Uganda Chief Justice had be preparing to use the arbitration Court to address this issues, come to a solution. Upon their recommendation and the setting up of the Truth Commission contacted them and inquired of our Plaints. The Lawyers representing us is Pardiwalla Towmey Lablach.
Given the complexity of the contents of our Plaint impacting regional, International politic, economic, military, bilateral, other related thematic ask if they would help us with the due legal support. This failing we took it upon our person to seek the due legal support from across the world and the many correspondences. In particular the UNHCR and the EU.
We have stated and forwarded the accusation world widen that had they address our plaint with the due international benchmark that CORONA pandemic would not have occurred, the major world economic collapse, the situation leading to eventual third world war. The Benchmark of other past Commission afterwards when major situation arises their position, These this is completely unacceptable they lack the moral ground. .
On 31/7/20 the commission goes into recess and will not hear any case until November and in spite of we asking for information why and when they intend/expected to hear that SIROP plaint, the Commission reaction. We gave also cited the SIROP program plaint impact on the forth coming Presidential election. The gross abuse of those 21,000 exiles, refugees. The office of the Electoral Commission has set the provisional dates for the 2020 presidential election for October 22, 23 and 24.
Across Europe we know many leading law firms they all want money, they do not do legal aid and the expectation that the UNHCR and the EU with their vast resource would have assisted us is very strange reflecting a very terrible benchmark , it smell, appear of a global cover up or major efforts that the truth do not come out. We have addressed three leading law firms in Mauritius, the European office in Mauritius, in Seychelles the Bar Association, Lawyer Philippe Boulle, who impute in that historic program and himself a former exile and some of his clients.

The Local Government Act 1991
In 1991, the Government enacted the first Local Government Act. The Act made provisions for the establishment of District Councils. Members of the councils were elected and each council was composed of a chairperson and five other councilors. The chairperson had the dual roles of a legislator in the National Assembly and the executive in the district. This means that the chairperson of the council represented the district in the National Assembly and was also the head of the District Administration Office.
The Councils were established with aim to decentralise government administration, to enable certain services to be provided and decisions devolved from the central administration. However, this was short-lived in view of the provision in the new Constitution adopted in 1993.
I we supposed they will also write that the Commonwealth brought President FA Rene by to set up the local government Act , thereby creating Districts Council and the Introduction of Heraldic working in the form of the Council Emblem. In Mauritius, Reunion how this work in society, democracy, local government and the important role of that program in president FA Rene formulating the Local Government Act. To note that was before the exiles returned , their leadership safe Mr Philippe Boulle in Seychelles and the Opposition.
