Dear Mr Bancoult and the Chagossian a very good Saturday afternoon. Last night before going to sleep thought about the Church on the Old Chagos Island - the Church will have to be rebuild. The Faith today your Catholic, other Christians. Those spiritual persons who will have the task or responsibility - from Seychelles we have the Archbishops of the Catholic church, the Anglican, the Adventist and the President of Mauritius spiritual education or from Mauritius yet. The battle we have been leading for the 21,000 exiles, the TRNUC final Report expected the linking issues with the Chagossian. The European Humam rights Court, The UN human rights Commission. How they relate and attitude towards our cause. Yet. In Lyon the small but special community wo have supported our cause, currently taken up by another political person. The differentiation between being a religious minded person and politic. The Story of the Lady. In 1973 had gone through a very appalling divorce, my ex wife the sister in law of the former President of the SDA church Seychelles. The big Seychellois families supporting her side and our side. At the time we had two faithful Chagos person Nan Timila Sangor who look after our daughter today in Canada and her brother who stood by my side when came the big battle for the Judge Stiven Estate Ex Zanzibar Revolution. Mr Sengor had know of Mr Mounilier Family and our issues and links. How we as children were educated brought by our great Aunts and Uncles, parents from France of the Alsace/Lorrain and they cared and provided for some of the Chagos workers/families on their plantation. Life is /can be very strange. in Lyon at the time there was French SDA pastor he had served in Mauritius. Come the crunch why we/I decided to go in Exile to Austria as the Second Seychellois. By the way if one does not explain nobody know, the Group Credit Lyonnais and that SIROP program they were the second leading bank of France involve and supported, the big France politic and the merger and acquisition by credit Agricole. The French government important concern for the Indian ocean then Cold War the important entities and military heads of Lyon connections, their blood and life. All those who chose to forget. Then we talk of the international of Human Rights. A very great deal of faith and Heavenly support to believe in mankind and political values. Conveying our very good wishes. Think of us when you have a nice coffee we had two types of coffee plant on the old estate and the grand parents made their own coffee. .

Chagos Islanders continue legal battle for their homeland in the UK High Court - Page 6 Empty Re: Chagos Islanders continue legal battle for their homeland in the UK High Court

Post  Sirop14 Sun Dec 11, 2022 1:24 pm

Wednesday 7 December 2022 Meeting started at 2.30pm, ended 5.34pm
https://parliamentlive.tv/event/index/8b7dc51d-2968-40a1-89e7-dbf898b1d611?fbclid=IwAR0D0cL5gg27Fw7_hL3ElNBwsrKaRwGndVE8cChrgCO2Bjhxjcr304UqXaE

Today in Seychelles or Mauritius, Maldives, the technology in place to be able to participate, listen, collaborate live on such very important superpower debate whereby, as 36 years ago this would have been Imposible and the quality and degree of the debate, impute, outcome very different the facts and ability, rights of Citizens for accountability and greater world accountability.  They, the world and the British and US government owe it importantly to that SIROP program, for contributing that the WWW came into existence. How knowledge and information were mismanaged and abused by those to the great disadvantage and detriment of those. Meanwhue some of the Major undersea cable, connectivity started by PM Blair and that SIROP program synergism, dynamics and leverage including Seychelles and Mauritius. (In our old classroom SDA School P6 where the old library was - any child can sit with a laptop or phone and access any library across the world, make relevant search and historic information or participate in debates and government workings and process. In Seychelles the SDA school overlooking the governor Residence, the old Pier and the ships going to the outer islands including the Chagos and bringing those back and he talk of Independence and the issue of BIOT information. What got talked on the street corner. Today the Cable connectivity between <Marseilles and Perseverance and Cable and Wireless.)

Acros /from all the distinguish speakers we have heard of the rule of law and justice. The British government and that SIROP program shortly after 1991 the statement, they produced and had published that they, at the Harare Commonwealth /Head of State compelled Seychelles government to adopt the multiparty politics. Whilst all those former communists, socialist Head of Africa were very aware and knew of that SIROP program and objectives, the benefits, those against and for, the greater argument dialogue then. From 1986 to date the SIROP program and those 21,000 refuges from Seychelles and the international refugees linking, empowerment program topics, fate, relation with the British government and its politics be those in Britian, Canada, Austria, /south Africa, Europe, the USA, The gross, major manipulation, torpedo  of the SIROP politic and its associated agendas and workings and the consequences, the historic fall outs,  the mega refugees crises it has triggered and other major regional and catastrophic human,  people consequences.   resulting the Iraq wars, the Somali war and others. The big talk, emphasis of regional and global security, what really happens, reality and who suffers and those agenda and objectives - the very significant disparity.

Again, the many speakers, talk of the rights to, need, importance give voice the indigenous people, that SIROP program at conception in 1986, did not just in theory promote these views, we put it in practice - the very many high parties involved and leading head of state and institutions, yet at the end of the day how those in Britian comported. We took note of other exiles communities including the Chagos community in Seychelle, Mauritius and Britian and continued to empower then over a span of 37 years, again the hypocrisy of Justice and values the necessity to continue its management, nowhere is this to be found written by any British politicians or their media.

We have addressed the uniqueness of that SIROP program. How and why the program was concept instead of, as straight military change of then Communists, Socialist government of Seychelles. The core concepts were to change the whole regional geopolitics and economies. To achieve this the Soviet system and the East Europe COMECON, Warsaw Pact had to change the OAU. That concept was not from the USA or Britian with, then BIOT in was to the USA or Britian or NATO who saw the exit and change of the system, they stole, took credits, propaganda.  All the Military NATO resources or France.  It had come from those who were very aware of the mega mistakes and terrible Politics and those who go about managing them. The changing of the Soviet system and that SIROP program. today 2022 world events, the War in Ukraine and Russia, Germany the attempted coup by the Rich citizens the important link and us with them then in 1986/87and east Europe situation. The British hatred for the German and the reunification thematic then and that SIROP program impacts, role and Germany, second world war issues unfinished business, debate in the Commons and the lord's, media archives.  yet the many leading British politicians with many years of knowledge, research, work on the Chagos debacles, topics standing and debating the Chagos issues, never once mentioning that SIROP program.

The British government of Lady Thatcher supported that SIROP program because of the capacity of changing the Communist regional Indian Ocan politic, and Europe and NATO and /Africa, China.  The big saving on defence spending against Communist.  That program audacity to help Britian come out of its economic and social mess of exiting Africa continent and its major source of money, market and wealth. Instead, the prospect to developing its banking system, the important energy need, politics developed and technological development.  For the Irish North and South the advantages, the Scott, Welsh. Then Mauritius very important and is Sugar politic and the Queen as Head of the country, nation.

Besides being in contact with the like of the Delhomme Family and those outer island landowners, we had been in contact with the Mouliner Family, their Company and the lease to work and manage the Chagos Island for 99 years, the predicament, arms twisting by those then.     At the writing, formulation, conception of that SIROP program, Sir James Macham, some of his former Ministers knew this and President FA Rene and his government, those powerful Arab gulf state, the UAE, Jordan, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and other. Those in Mauritius leading Plantation owners and leading politician aware of the Chagos issues and Seychelles, the geopolitics and the importance of BIOT base, again and the exiting of the Soviet communist from the Indian Ocean and Africa yet their very shoddy comportments.

Then we have personality like Judge Stiven who was acting CJ and Judge afterwards. Those who respected him for his experience of Kenya and Zanzibar, then first governor of BIOT they exchanged notes. .  The very important concern then, all those Zanzibari in exile their fate at the British government consequences when those say consult the people and the Zanzibari politics, consequences, 30,000 killed and Key to their constitution issues, what really happened and ensued in Zanzibar.  He had worked in the Zanzibar colonial Administration office Justice/AG office, he contributed to writing Kenya constitution, Zanzibar Constitution   and discussed Seychelles constitution. He as very aware of the Chagos debacle and the British officials then and the Mouliner family.   The fate of Seychelles the two political parties and others then.  In that program SIROP we had been very aware of the gross miss justice and wrong. We had built in the program mechanism to change, bring about due change, remedy those major anomalies. In particular the debacle of Britian East of Suez politics, that SIROP program and the Arabs, North Africa, Pakistan and India and Asia, Australia,

What really ensued in 1992 in Seychelles and the British, Rhodesia and North Africa governments knowledge, these politics in London 1987 onwards, that SIROP program very important role in changing the Apartheid system, reducing the change of communist threats on South Africa Nowhere is this reflected and reported/publicised. Yet at the debate recently, ongoing all those who argue that Britian must not repeat its errors and have due consultation with the people/local, indigenous and the terrible mess of Seychelles politic today those who rule and running the government.  That TRNUC and consequences. The compensations and restitutions issues, very important, crucial. Yet that SIROP program on the Chagos community empowerment and what they have become, achieve today, international profile, compared to the Seychelles exiles plight, politics, fate and existence.  yet the British government supporting the government courting and working, dialogue, In Mauritius and Britian.

That SIROP program and the NEOM debacles since 2017, impacts on the Chagos agenda, thematic, politics, The New arguments, those arguing, the former Communist MP, of Britain re engagement and return to the Indian Ocean, important conservation and environment issues, involvements the very negative results on Seychelles national politics. That SIROP program unique role and aspects Bringing the EU institutions to work and develop their unique relation with the Nations, governments and institution of the region.  The politicians and the media, especially British nowhere is this to be heard, they those who opposed in 1886/87 that we bring, get the EU involved in the Indian Ocean reginal geopolitics. Then we talk of righting the gross injustices.  The hideous and very terrible British media benchmark.

U.S. embassy announces arrival of its counsellor for Seychelles |17 December 2022
https://www.nation.sc/articles/16233/us-embassy-announces-arrival-of-its-counsellor-for-seychelles

We just read the news that the USA amidst the visit of President Wankalawan to the USA African Leaders Summit appointed a consular representative for Victoria.  We come back over our address to the TRNUC and those exiles compatriots. Event which took place just before and after our independence was not just about two power hungry individual, two British trained lawyers. The many TRNUC plaints address and those who have repeated themselves. The Cold war two Power blocks the USA/West/NATO and the Soviet Union/Warsaw pact/COMECON - china.

We have  written that SIROP program was not a USA or NATO concept. It was not the USA nor NATO who dislodge the USSR, Warsaw Pact . Communist out of the Indian Ocean it was that SIROP program. That SIROP program almost made NATO defunct. They had to reinvent reason,  argument for them to restructure and promote the argument they are. The terrible awful mess the European have landed in because of them.

The first Iraq war and the second gulf war,   the Weapon of Mass Destruction and that SIROP program,/

At the high of President Obama term in office having explained why the American elected him and the very important Indian Ocean equation and then VP Joe Biden. The very change Indian ocean Regional geopolitics change.

The LDS and SNP have argued that President Fa Rene and the SPPF/PL/US of utter deviousness. Had we known of then Hon Wavel Wankalawan deviousness we would have never started the process which saw the breakup of the PL/US, those Ministers who started the LSD and ensuing events. The utterly very corrupted US politic practice and benchmark. Their arrogance and abuse. They have no respect for nobody safe Powers that can match them.

With the arrival of the US Consular representation  - the way things have started there will be collateral fallouts and then what  will be explain,  lies and distortions and coverup . They Seychellois nation do not need this kind of terrible politic. The significant importance and relevancy why the WikiLeaks initiatives and Julian Assange,  the cover up and dishonesty about that SIROP program. Several years back the EU US advocated Terrorist legislation program  and the Guantanamo Bay prison,  the Rendition. program. What President Wankalawan and the Minister Fonseka is up to. Because it suit  those in Britain and the USA - they ae both Alien as per USA category of Nation/people their vested interests. .

The USA and its politician who believe they can go anywhere in the world ad create,  cause as much trouble and chaos and they are not accountable before the international justices. Their view and notion of Justice.

~~~?We are concern about this situation, Indian /British PM Sunak has enough trouble. For the past 20 days endeavouring to help a member of our community elderly/ex Army his iPhone and try to get it unblock and the time I have had to spend at Apple centre on Regent Str and two blocks away the former Seychelles High Commissioner and the Jewish Family. Several New building constructed on the Synergy started/that SIROP program and the arrogance of the builders. The American government decision to appoint this consular representative. The media cack in the USA and your Crypto cack. The Danger and concern such mechanism get used/apply and then what the so call great experts and other write and come a mess what happens. The EU Commissioner, President Putin, Modi and a few other Macron ought read this post. That is why I have stayed away from that place Oxford, Regen Str, we leverage their judge Stiven Manure then what the media writes and their experts.
